All collected data is used strictly for quality control, regulatory compliance, and transparency verification in alignment with Whatnot’s Professionally Sealed Surprise Products Policy. No personal consumer data is collected or stored for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security and Storage

Simbob’s Repacks LLC employs secure digital infrastructure to protect records from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. All QA manifests, packaging logs, and checklist documentation are stored on restricted-access systems with version control, retained for a minimum of three (3) years.

4. Access to Information

Only authorized personnel, auditors, and Whatnot compliance representatives have access to production and quality-related data. Any requests for information are reviewed internally and fulfilled under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Audit Transparency

In accordance with our compliance policy, Simbob’s Repacks LLC consents to third-party audits or inspections within fifteen (15) business days of an official request. All information provided during audits is limited to manufacturing and quality control data only.

6. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy is reviewed annually or whenever procedural or legal updates are introduced to Whatnot’s Sealed Surprise Products Policy. The revised policy will be made available publicly on our website.
