By accessing or purchasing from this website or affiliated sales channels (including Whatnot), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

Nature of Products

Simbob’s Repacks LLC produces and sells professionally sealed surprise products, commonly known as “repacks.”

 

Each product is pre-packaged, sealed, and contains a randomized assortment of collectible trading cards or related items.

  • ​All items are professionally sealed prior to sale.

  • Each run or series includes a public checklist identifying the types, brands, and quantities of items available.

  • Customers acknowledge that they are purchasing a sealed surprise product — the exact contents of any specific unit are unknown until opened.

We do not guarantee the inclusion of specific items, values, or “hits.”

Transparency & Compliance

Simbob’s Repacks LLC operates in compliance with Whatnot’s Professionally Sealed Surprise Products Policy.


We maintain transparency by:

  • Publishing public checklists for each series/run.

  • Providing complete descriptions of the types and quantities of items in each sealed product.

  • Avoiding any misrepresentation of odds, prizes, or “guaranteed value” claims.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before any product is shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped using traceable carriers.
Simbob’s Repacks LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the randomized and sealed nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once a seal is broken.

  • Refunds will only be issued if an error occurs on our part (e.g., duplicate order, wrong shipment).

If you believe there was an error, contact us at info@simbobsrepacks.com within 7 days of delivery.

Condition & Grading

Unless otherwise specified, products may contain both new and previously handled trading cards.
We do not guarantee grading outcomes or assign monetary value to any included items.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are sold “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

  • The specific contents of any sealed product,

  • The collectible value of items, or

  • The future market value of products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simbob’s Repacks LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or

  • Loss of value, profit, or expectation related to product contents.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Simbob’s Repacks LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by any trading card manufacturer or brand unless expressly stated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
